President / CEO / Partner
Eric, our founder and president, has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed more than $70 million in construction for a variety of projects, including but not limited to: K-12 and higher education, medical office building, big box retail and custom designed homes. Eric is a CPA by trade and manages the finance, accounting and risk management aspects of our company. He is responsible for ensuring all aspects of fiscal responsibility and contractual compliance and delivered with professionalism and reliability. He continues to also maintain his Business Development roll with current and future clients. Eric was born and raised in Brunswick, Ohio, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting/International Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. Eric continues to reside in his hometown with his wife Jenny and three children.
Vice President / COO / Partner
Jim oversees our construction operations in the United States, which means he works closely with our clients and our project teams to ensure that projects are delivered as promised. With nearly two decades of construction experience, Jim has overseen nearly 100 million in construction contracts. His many years of collaboration with the Engelke team, managing and pricing projects, has allowed our company to deliver high-quality successful projects. Jim's contributions have been instrumental in managing our government division and continues to focus on our company’s growth. Jim is a native of Brunswick, Ohio and resides in Brunswick with his wife and three children.
Vice President of Operations / Partner
Aaron joined the firm in 2012 and has enhanced the operational and business development processes to support successful growth of our company. Aaron spends a lot of time providing project oversight as well as overseeing operations. With more than two decades of experience, Aaron has significant leadership experience in design and build projects. Before joining Engelke, Aaron’s experience with a national builder and mid-size contractor equips him with the ability to manage all aspects of construction. He has managed a variety of projects, including but not limited to: government buildings, restaurants, retail, water treatment facility and large residential developments. Aaron graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University (Boiler Up!).
Director of Construction
Jeff joined the Engelke team with over 15 years of industry experience. He oversees all aspects of the commercial operation including business development, sales, estimating, and project management. He has vast experience with new site development and ground-up construction as well as renovation work, specifically in the office, retail, automotive, and multi-family markets. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton.
